摘要
汾源煤业公司5-102回风巷初期掘进过程中,原支护巷道发生严重变形,顶板岩层与锚杆之间岩石破碎,顶板锚杆失效,底板围岩遇水膨胀,造成底板鼓起;决定改进支护方式,采用“高强度锚杆+锚索+两帮底角锚杆+两底板锚杆”加喷浆的新支护方案;同时对巷道围岩变形情况进行监测,实测顶底板移近量和两帮移近量分别稳定在51 mm和73 mm左右;改进后,支护效果良好,完全可以满足矿井安全生产的需要。
Aiming at the broken rock between the roof rock layer and the anchor,the failed roof anchor,the surrounding rock of the floor expanded with water and swelled floor due to the severe deformation of the original supporting roadway during the initial excavation of the 5-102 return air lane in Fenyuan Coal Industry Company,the article proposes a new support scheme of“high-strength anchor+anchor cable+two-gang bottom-angle anchor+two floor anchors”with shotcrete,Meanshile,the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway was monitored,and the measured roof and floor displacement and two side displacement were stable at about 51 mm and 73 mm,respectively,which proves good effect and can fully meet the needs of mine safety production.
