摘要
为打造一辆具有良好动力性能的赛车。利用Optimum Lap软件对FSAE赛车传动系统与整车动力性能进行匹配分析,对传动系统部分零部件进行优化设计,利用ANSYS软件对重要零部件进行轻量化分析。分析结果表明:完成校核了整车的传动系统匹配发动机动力性能输出的理论性,并且传动系统部分零部件在安全可靠的前提下完成轻量化设计。
To build a racing car with good dynamic performance.The FSAE racing car drive system to match the vehicle's dynamic performance was analyzed by using Optimum Lap software,the design of some parts of the drive system was optimized,lightweight analysis of important parts was performed by ANSYS software.The analysis result shows that the theory that the vehicle's transmission system matches the engine's power performance output is verified,and some parts of the transmission system are designed to be lightweight under the premise of safety and reliability.
