摘要
根据某汽油机的润滑系统构造,计算分析了该汽油机曲轴主轴承系统、连杆轴承系统、凸轮轴轴承系统、VVT系统等所需求的最小机油流量和最小机油压力,并通过与现有机油泵的流量和压力进行对比。结果表明:现有机油泵的流量和压力远大于理论最小需求流量和压力;可以通过优化机油泵的参数以减少机油泵的功耗,改善发动机的性能,也为后续其他汽油机的机油泵设计提供了一种理论计算方法。
According to the lubrication system structure of a gasoline engine,the minimum oil flow and minimum oil pressure required of the main bearing system of crankshaft,connecting rod bearing system,camshaft bearing system,VVT system and supercharging system were calculated and analyzed,and the flow and pressure to the oil pump was compared.The results show that the flow and pressure of the oil pump is more than the calculation.The power consumption of oil pump can be reduced by optimizing the parameters of oil pump,the engine performance is improved,it also provides a theoretical calculation method for the oil pump design of other gasoline engines.
