基于道路载荷与负载电流模拟的主动减振器耐久试验方法

摘要 为了对主动减振器进行零部总成件级耐久试验,除了采集了整车在试车场道路行驶过程中主动减振器的结构载荷,同步采集其工作电流信号,并自主建立了主动减振器总成室内耐久试验系统。利用伺服液压作动器模拟主动减振器在试车场的道路载荷,同时利用工控机及可编程电源同步地模拟主动减振器电磁阀的工作电流。通过对零部件总成室内试验与整车道路试验对主动减振器的结构应变进行对比分析,验证了基于道路载荷与电流模拟的主动减振器耐久试验方法的有效性。 In order to run durability test for active shock absorbers at the subsystem level,the electromagnetic valve working current and structure loads of the active shock absorber are collected while the vehicle is driving on the road events in the proving ground.An active shock absorber durability test system was built in the laboratory.The hydraulic actuator was used to simulate the test structure loads of the active shock absorber,and the industrial computers with programmable power supply were used to simulate the working current of the active shock absorber synchronously.Finally,by comparative analysis of structural micro strain of active shock absorber in subsystem level test and vehicle level test.The validity of the durability test method of active shock absorber based on road loads and current simulation is verified.
