摘要
运用有限元法对汽车转向管柱的手柄进行分析,研究其锁紧和水平方向的刚度,并进行拓扑优化,在此基础上对其进行了重新设计。结果表明:经过优化后的手柄,在满足各项性能要求的前提下,实现了轻量化设计,减重率达20.1%,拓扑优化取得较好效果。
Finite element method(FEM)was used to analyze the handle of automobile steering column,to study its locking and horizontal stiffness,and to conduct topology optimization,a new design was carried out on the basis of it.The simulations indicate that the optimized handle can get lightweight design with weight reduction rate of 20.1%on the premise of meeting the performance requirements,and topology optimization achieves good results.
