广西宾阳县“十四五”农业高质量发展战略取向与对策建议——基于SWOT分析

Strategic Orientation and Suggestions for High-quality Agricultural Developmentin the 14^th Five-Year Plan for Binyang County,Guangxi Province Based on SWOT Analysis

农业高质量发展是“十四五”经济社会高质量发展的重要内容。选取宾阳县“十四五”农业高质量发展作为研究方向,利用SWOT分析法,构建宾阳县现代特色农业发展战略矩阵,提供S-O、W-O、S-T、W-T等4种发展战略取向,针对升级农业产业现代特色优势、提升农村产业融合发展水平、增强新型经营主体带动能力、加大农业科技创新支撑力度提出对策建议。

The high-quality development of agriculture is an important part of the high-quality development of the economy and society in the 14th Five-Year Plan.High-quality agricultural development of Binyang County,Guanxi was selected in the 14th Five-Year Plan for analysis by using SWOT analysis to establish a strategy matrix for the development of modern characteristic agriculture.Four development strategies,S-O,W-O,S-T and W-T,were provided,based on which some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to upgrade the strengths of modern characteristics of the agricultural industry,improve the level of integrated development of rural industries,and enhance the driving ability of new business entities and support for agricultural science and technology innovation.
