秸秆腐熟剂对土壤化学性状及土壤呼吸量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨秸秆腐熟剂在内蒙古东部灌溉区的应用效果,以"中农绿康秸秆腐熟剂""微元秸秆腐熟剂""农富康秸秆腐熟剂"为材料,研究3种秸秆腐熟剂的优势菌种在土壤、秸秆中定植及对土壤化学性质和土壤呼吸量的影响.结果表明,3种秸秆腐熟剂均含细菌、真菌和放线菌3大类群微生物,并均可增强秸秆腐解能力,刺激土壤呼吸作用;秸秆还田配施腐熟剂能降低土壤pH值,增加土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量;其中,中农绿康秸秆腐熟剂的应用效果最佳. In order to investigate the application effect of straw-decomposing inoculant in the irrigated areas of eastern Inner Mongolia,using"Zhongnonglvkang straw-decomposing inoculant","Weiyuan straw-decomposing inoculant"and"Nongfukang straw-decomposing inoculant"as materials,the dominant strains of three kinds of straw-decomposing inoculant were planted in soil and straw,and their effects on soil chemical properties and soil respiration were studied.The results showed that three kinds of straw-decomposing inoculant contained three groups of microorganisms:bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes,which can enhance straw decomposition ability and stimulate soil respiration.Straw returned to the field with application of straw-decomposing inoculant can reduce the p H value of soil and increase the content of alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,among which the application effect of Zhongnonglvkang straw compost is the best.
