饮食指导联合吞咽功能训练对急性脑卒中患者的影响

摘要 目的:探讨饮食指导联合吞咽功能训练对急性脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的影响.方法:将2018年1月―12月内蒙古包钢医院神经内科收治的122例脑卒中伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各61例,对照组给予神经内科常规药物治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予科学合理的饮食指导和吞咽功能训练,干预前后均采用洼田饮水试验进行效果评价.结果:观察组患者的吞咽功能障碍改善情况明显优于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:科学的饮食指导联合吞咽功能训练对急性脑卒中患者的吞咽功能改善有明显的促进作用. Objective:To investigate the effect of dietary guidance combined with swallowing function training on patients with swallow dysfunction in acute stroke.Methods:A total of 122 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2018 were randomly divided into a control group(61 cases)and an observation group(61 cases). The control group was given the routine medical treatment and nursing of neurology. The observation group was also given scientific and reasonable dietary guidance and swallowing function training on the basis of the control group. The water drinking test was used to evaluate the effect before and after intervention.Results:The improvement of swallowing dysfunction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific diet guidance combined with swallowing function training can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients with acute stroke.
