摘要
目的分析在心血管疾病诊断中进行血脂检验的价值。方法 2018年1月—2019年5月选取97例心血管疾病患者为观察组,另外选取50名健康受检者为对照组,均接受血脂检验,分析结果。结果观察组TC、TG、APOA1、APOB、HDL-C、LDL-C为(4.42±0.92)mmol/L、(3.09±0.65)mmol/L、(1.18±0.13)g/L、(1.05±0.06)g/L、(1.30±0.38)mmol/L、(3.62±0.58)mmol/L,对照组为(3.72±1.26)mmol/L、(1.39±0.47)mmol/L、(1.23±0.15)g/L、(1.01±0.03)g/L、(1.57±0.40)mmol/L、(2.70±0.65)mmol/L (t=3.839、16.403、2.095、4.432、4.009、8.741,P<0.05);观察组内心肌梗死患者TG、LDL-C、APOA1、APOB水平高于冠心病组、高血压组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平低于冠心病组、高血压组(P<0.05);低危、中危、高危TC、TG、APOA1、APOB、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论根据血脂检验结果能够辅助诊断心血管疾病,有良好应用价值。
Objective To analyze the value of blood lipid test in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,97 patients with cardiovascular disease were selected as the observation group,and another 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.All of them underwent blood lipid tests to analyze the results.Results The TC,TG,APOA1,APOB,HDLC,and LDL-C in the observation group were(4.42±0.92) mmol/L,(3.09±0.65) mmol/L,(1.18±0.13) g/L,and(1.05±0.06) g/L,(1.30±0.38) mmol/L,(3.62±0.58) mmol/L,and the control group was(3.72±1.26) mmol/L,(1.39±0.47) mmol/L,(1.23±0.15) g/L,(1.01±0.03) g/L,(1.57±0.40) mmol/L,(2.70±0.65) mmol/L(t=3.839,16.403,2.095,4.432,4.009,8.741,P<0.05);The levels of TG,LDL-C,APOA1,and APOB in patients with myocardial infarction in the observation group were higher than those in the coronary heart disease group and the hypertension group(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in the coronary heart disease group and the hypertension group(P<0.05);There were significant differences in low-,intermediate-,and high-risk TC,TG,APOA1,APOB,HDL-C,and LDL-C levels(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of blood lipid test,it can assist the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and has good application value.
