精浆硒与精子质量及GPx4铁死亡通路机制的关系分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究精浆硒与精子质量及GPx4铁死亡通路机制的关系分析。方法抽取该院2019年1—12月期间收入少弱精子症患者总计50例作为该次观察组,另选取同期收入健康体检者50名作为该次对照组,分别进行精浆硒检测,分析精子质量与GPx4铁死亡通路机制的关系。结果观察组精子浓度(86.56±5.45)×10~6/mL、精子总数(262.31±6.56)×10~6、精子活力a(14.56±4.12)、硒(39.56±6.59)μg/L以及GPx4mRNA(0.02±0.01)低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(t=4.602、17.494、10.629、23.336、15.000,P<0.05),硒、GPx4mRNA与精子质量呈现正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少弱精子症患者中,硒水平、GPx4mRNA显著偏低,通过上述指标能用于诊断不育症,能作为诊断及预后判断常见指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between seminal plasma selenium and sperm quality and the mechanism of GPx4 iron death pathway.Methods A total of 50 spermatozoa patients with low income and weak income during the period from Januaiy to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients with healthy health examination during the same period were selected as the control group.To analyze the relationship between sperm quality and the mechanism of GPx4 iron death pathway.Results The sperm concentration in the observation group(86.56±5.45)×10~6/mL,the total number of sperm(262.31±6.56)×10~6,sperm motility a(14.56±4.12),selenium(39.56±6.59)μg/L,and GPx4 mRNA(0.02±0.01) were lower man those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.602,17.494,10.629,23.336,15.000,P<0.05).Selenium,GPx4 mRNA and sperm quality showed a positive correlation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with oligozoospermia,selenium level and GPx4 mRNA are significantly lower.The above indicators can be used to diagnose infertility and can be used as common indicators for diagnosis and prognosis.
