摘要
目的评定临床麻醉过程中采取超声引导之下动脉穿刺置管方法的使用效果。方法对2017年4月—2019年7月该院收入的70例拟在临床麻醉中行动脉穿刺置管患者实施指标评估分析,参考患者入院日期奇偶数实行分组干预,将入院日期奇数的35例患者纳入参比组,该组临床麻醉过程中选择常规触摸定位方式,将入院日期偶数的35例患者纳入实验组,该组临床麻醉过程中选择超声引导之下动脉穿刺置管方式,评比各个组内一次性动脉穿刺置管成功合计率、动脉穿刺置管失败合计率、使用穿透方法置管合计率、动脉穿刺置管引发不良反应合计率。结果实验组一次性动脉穿刺置管成功合计率(94.29%)和参比组计算指标结果(74.29%)相比增加,数据值差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.285,P=0.021<0.05);实验组动脉穿刺置管失败合计率(0.00%)和参比组计算指标结果 (14.29%)相比减少,数据值差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.384,P=0.020<0.05);实验组使用穿透方法置管合计率(17.14%)和参比组计算指标结果(42.86%)相比减少,数据值差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.510,P=0.018<0.05);实验组动脉穿刺置管引发不良反应合计率(2.86%)和参比组计算指标结果(17.14%)相比减少,数据值差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.968,P=0.046<0.05)。结论在临床麻醉过程中选择超声引导之下动脉穿刺置管方法展示良好运用效果。
Objective To evaluate the use of ultrasound-guided arterial puncture and catheterization during clinical anesthesia.Methods An index evaluation analysis was performed on 70 patients who were admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to July 2019.The patients underwent arterial puncture and catheterization during clinical anesthesia.Grouped interventions were performed with reference to the odd and even number of patients on the date of admission.Patients were included in the reference group.The conventional touch positioning method was selected during the clinical anesthesia process.An even number of 35 patients on the admission date were included in the experimental group.The ultrasound anesthesia-guided arterial catheterization method was selected during the clinical anesthesia process.The total rate of successful one-time arterial puncture and catheterization in the group,the total rate of failed arterial puncture and catheterization,the total rate of catheterization using the penetration method,and the total rate of adverse reactions induced by arterial puncture and catheterization.Results The total successful rate(94.29%) of one-time arterial puncture and catheter placement in the experimental group increased compared with the calculated index result(74.29%) in the reference group,and the data values were the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.285,P=0.021 <0.05);The total failure rate(0.00%) of arterial puncture and catheter placement in the experimental group is reduced compared with the calculated index result in the reference group(14.29%),and the data values the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.384,P=0.020 <0.05);The total penetration rate of tube placement in the experimental group(17.14%) was reduced compared with the calculated index result of the reference group(42.86%),and the data(χ2=5.510,P=0.018 <0.05);the experiment group of the total rate of adverse reactions induced by arterial puncture and placement was reduced(2.86%) compared with the calculated index result(17.14%) in the reference group,and the data values difference statistically significantly(χ2=3.968,P=0.046 <0.05).Conclusion The choice of ultrasound-guided arterial catheterization during clinical anesthesia shows good results.
