推拿刮痧联合布地奈德福莫特罗对哮喘慢性持续期患者免疫功能的作用探究

The Effect of Massage and Scraping Combined with Budesonide Formoterol on Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Asthma

目的分析推拿刮痧联合布地奈德福莫特罗对哮喘慢性持续期患者免疫功能的作用。方法该次研究随机观察了75例该院收治的哮喘慢性持续期患者,患者在2019年1—12月,按照入院顺序对患者进行如下分组:对照组37例患者使用布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,观察组38例患者在以上基础上使用推拿刮痧治疗,对比两组患者的疗效、免疫指标。结果观察组治疗有效率数据为94.74%(36例),对照组是75.68%(28例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.442,P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+数据分别是(66.72±1.32)%、(37.01±2.16)%、(28.66±2.49)%,其数据较之于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgG为(13.03±1.27)g/L,IgM为(1.93±0.19)g/L,IgA为(1.87±0.05)g/L,IgE为(182.22±10.17)IU/ml,其数据优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿刮痧联合布地奈德福莫特罗对哮喘慢性持续期患者可以促使患者免疫功能的提升,改善其免疫指标,从而提升患者的治疗疗效,使用价值高。

Objective To analyze the effects of massage and scraping combined with budesonide formoterol on immune function in patients with chronic asthma.Methods In this study,75 patients with chronic duration of asthma treated in the hospital were randomly observed.From January 2019 to December 2019,patients were grouped according to the order of admission:37 patients in the control group were treated with budesonide Formoterol treatment,38 patients in the observation group were treated with massage and scraping on the above basis,and the efficacy and immune parameters of the two groups were compared.Results The effective data of the observation group was 94.74%(36 cases),and the control group was 75.68%(28 cases).The data were statistically significantly different(χ2=5.442,P<0.05);the data of the observation group after treatment were CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+,respectively(66.72±1.32)%,(37.01±2.16)%,and(28.66±2.49)%,higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The IgG of the observation group after treatment was(13.03±1.27)g/L,IgM was(1.93±0.19)g/L,IgA was(1.87±0.05)g/L,and IgE was(182.22±10.17)IU/mL.The data was better than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage scraping combined with budesonide formoterol can promote the immune function of patients with chronic asthma in patients with chronic asthma,improve their immune parameters,and thus improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
