悬吊训练系统结合威伐光治疗老年膝关节退行性变的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨悬吊训练系统结合威伐光治疗老年膝关节退行性病变(KOA)的效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年10月于我院就诊的老年KOA病人125例,按照随机数字表法将所有病人分为悬吊训练组(n=43)、威伐光组(n=42)以及联合治疗组(n=40)。所有病人给予常规物理因子治疗,悬吊训练组在此基础上给予悬吊训练治疗,威伐光组在此基础上给予威伐光系统治疗,联合组病人则使用上述2种方法联合进行治疗。3组病人均行为期4周的治疗,并随访半年。比较3组病人疗效,治疗前后起立-行走测试(TUG)时间、患肢单腿支撑时间(SLS)及跨步长(SL),治疗前及治疗后1、3、6个月骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)、膝关节功能评分(LkSS)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后患侧SLS及SL显著高于其他2组,而TUG显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后1、3、6个月时WOMAC较其他2组显著降低,LkSS及ADL则显著升高(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.984,P>0.05)。结论悬吊训练系统结合威伐光能有效改善KOA病人病情,并提升其生活质量,且安全性较好,可以推广运用于KOA病人的治疗。 Objective To explore the effect of suspension training system combined with Hydrosun in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 125 elderly patients with KOA who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected.All patients were divided into suspension training group(n=43),Hydrosun group(n=42)and the combined treatment group(n=40)according to the random number table method.All patients were given conventional physical factor treatment.Suspension training group was given suspension training treatment additionally,and Hydrosun group was given Hydrosun system treatment additionally,and the combined treatment group was treated with the above two methods.The efficacy of the three groups after treatment,the time of stand up and walk test(TUG),single leg support time(SLS)of the affected side and step length(SL)before and after treatment,and the scores of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index,Lysholm knee score scale(LkSS),ability of daily life(ADL)before treatment and 1,3,6 months after treatment were collected and compared.The incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the SLS and SL of affected side were significantly higher than those in the other two groups,while TUG was significantly lower(P<0.05).WOMAC in combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,and LkSS and ADL were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the three groups(χ2=1.984,P>0.05).Conclusions Suspension training system combined with Hydrosun can effectively improve the condition of KOA patients and improve their quality of life with less adverse reactions,which can be popularized for the treatment of KOA patients.
