新型冠状病毒肺炎期间援汉与留守护理人员心理健康状况调查

Investigation on the mental health status of the nurses who assisted Wuhan or stayed behind during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)期间援助武汉护士与留守医院护士的心理健康状况,为改善一线护士的心理健康状况提供意见。方法选取2020年2月27日至3月3日中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(以下简称一院)的105名护士作为调查对象,其中包括留守一院的感染病房护士25名和普通病房护士55名以及援助武汉护士25名。采用症状自评量表(SCL90)评价其心理健康状况,并对数据进行比较分析。结果新冠肺炎期间一院感染病房护士对比普通病房护士的躯体化、偏执因子得分均显著提高(P<0.01);援助武汉护士对比感染病房护士恐怖因子得分显著降低(P<0.05),除偏执、寝食状态因子外,其他因子得分以及总分均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论感染病房护士较普通病房护士的躯体化和偏执问题比较大,可以通过心理辅导、中医、运动等方式进行干预,而援助武汉护士可能因为具有更熟练的技能,较留守护士拥有更好的心理状态。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of the nurses who aided in Wuhan and those who stayed behind hospitals during the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods From February 27 to March 3,2020,105 nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China(abbreviated as the First Hospital)were selected as the survey objects,including 25 nurses in the infection ward of the First Hospital,and 55 nurses in the general ward and 25 nurses assisting Wuhan.The symptom checklist(SCL90)was used to evaluate their mental health status.The data were compared among the groups.Results During the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the nurses in the infectious ward showed higher levels of somatization and paranoid factors than those in the general ward(P<0.01).Interestingly,the nurses who assisted Wuhan had significantly lower score of terror factors compared with the nurses in the infectious hospital(P<0.05),except for stubborn,sleeping and eating status,the other factors and total scores were also significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusions Nurses in infectious hospital wards have more problems in somatization and paranoia.We can intervene them through methods such as psychological counseling,Chinese medicine and sports.The nurses in Wuhan have better psychology than nurses in infectious hospital in Hefei,and the reasons may be that the former are more professional.
