B超引导下外周神经阻滞麻醉在老年患者下肢手术中的应用效果

Effect of B-ultrasound guided peripheral nerve block anesthesia in elderly patients with loweRlimb surgery

目的探讨在老年患者下肢手术中应用B超引导下外周神经阻滞麻醉的效果。方法选取130例实施下肢手术的老年患者作为研究对象,按不同麻醉方式将其等分为研究组(接受B超引导下外周神经阻滞麻醉)和常规组(接受外周神经阻滞麻醉),对比2组干预后的相关指标。结果研究组的躁动评分、平均动脉压、心率显著优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的苏醒时间、拔管时间显著早于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的感觉、运动阻滞时间显著长于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后2、4、8 h的疼痛评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者下肢手术中实施B超引导下外周神经阻滞麻醉,可显著改善麻醉效果,且患者应激反应较小。

Objective To analyze the effect of B-ultrasound guided peripheral nerve block anesthesia in elderly patients with loweRlimb surgery.Methods A total of 130 elderly patients undergoing loweRlimb surgery were selected as study objects,and were equally divided into study group(given peripheral nerve block anesthesia undeRB ultrasound guidance)and conventional group(given peripheral nerve block anesthesia)according to different anesthesia methods.The relevant indexes afteRintervention in two groups were compared.Results The agitation score,mean arterial pressure,and heart rate of the study group were betteRthan that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the awaking time and extubation time of the study group were significantly shorteRthan that of the conventional group(P<0.05);compared with the conventional group,the study group had longeRsensory and motoRblock time(P<0.05);compared with the conventional group,the pain scores at 24,and 8 hours afteRoperation in the study group afteRsurgery were significantly loweR(P<0.05).Conclusion B-ultrasound guided peripheral nerve block anesthesia can significantly improve anesthesia efficacy in elderly patients with loweRextremity surgery,and they have lighteRstress response.
