文化小康视阈下新时代乡村文化振兴路径研究

Research on the Path of Rural Culture Revitalization in the New Era from the Perspective of Cultural Well-off

"小康社会"是邓小平在20世纪70年代末提出的重大战略构想,是现代社会文明发展的高级形态,其内涵和意义不断丰富发展。文化是"五位一体"总体布局中的关键内容。作为全面小康的有机组成全面小康的有机组成,文化小康应运而生。十九大以来,习近平一再强调乡村文化振兴,并提出乡村文化振兴的思想理念。该文在建设文化小康背景下,分析了乡村文化振兴的重要价值,提出了通过正确的文化使命、健全的文化设施、繁荣的文化市场、优秀的文化队伍及城乡文化互动互鉴等路径,促进乡村文化振兴,实现文化小康。

"Well-off society" is a major strategic concept proposed by Deng Xiaoping in the late 1970 s.It is the high-level form of the development of modern social civilization, its connotation and meaning have been constantly developed. Culture is a key content in the overall layout of the "five in one". Then, as the organic composition of a comprehensive well-off society, "cultural well-off society" came into being. Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC, Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the revitalization of rural culture, and put forward the idea of rural culture revitalization. This article points out that under the background of building a well-off culture, rural cultural revitalization has important value. Meanwhile, it is proposed to promote the revitalization of rural culture and achieve a cultural well-off through correct cultural mission, sound cultural facilities, prosperous cultural market, excellent cultural team and mutual interaction between urban and rural culture.
