云南沧源翁丁村旅游开发策略研究——基于利益相关者视角

Research on Tourism Development Strategy of Wengding Village,Cangyuan,Yunnan——Based on Stakeholder Perspective

基于利益相关者理论视角,以云南省沧源县翁丁村为研究对象,结合案例分析和文献研究等方法探究该景区周边环境的协调发展问题。结果显示:在景区旅游开发过程中,存在当地政府、旅游企业、本地居民、游客等几类核心利益相关者;由于权力、地位和利益需求的不同,各核心利益相关者之间存在利益争夺和矛盾冲突;为促使各利益相关者之间达到平衡,促进景区旅游协调发展,应做好旅游开发规划,提升旅游文化内涵,实现有形和无形资源的完整性保护。

Based on the theoretical perspective of stakeholders,we took Wengding Village,Cangyuan,Yunnan as the research object,and used case analysis and literature research to explore the coordinated development of the surrounding environment of the scenic spot.The study found that in the process of scenic tourism development,there are several types of core stakeholders such as local governments,tourism enterprises,local residents,and tourists.Due to differences in power,status,and interests,there are conflicts of interests and conflicts,which hinder the coordinated development of the scenic area and the surrounding environment.In order to promote the balance among all stakeholders and promote the coordinated development of scenic tourism.The article puts forward measures such as doing a good job in tourism development planning,enhancing tourism cultural connotation,and realizing the integrity protection of tangible and intangible resources.
