摘要
依据《国土资源数据2000国家大地坐标系转换技术要求》收集各项数据和已有控制点成果,首先分析数据的数学基础、数据格式、数据量等,分析控制点的类型、等级、精度、来源、测量年代、投影方式等;然后采用不低于已有控制点精度的测量方法联测至少6个首级控制点。在对控制点和待转数据分别进行外业检核和分析的基础上,确定数据转换模型,求取数据转换参数。对求取的数据转换参数进行验证,直至转换精度符合要求。根据求取的数据转换参数,将所需转换的数据转换为2000国家大地坐标系成果。数据转换完毕后,对形成的数据成果进行质量检查和实地验证,并对转换成果进行质量评定。
The paper collects data and the results of existing control points based on the Technical Requirements for the Conversion of Land and Earth Data 2000 National Geodetic Coordinate System.Analyze the mathematical basis,data format,data volume,etc.of the data,and analyze the type,grade,accuracy,source,measurement age,and projection method of the control points.At least 6 first-level control points are jointly measured by a measurement method that is not lower than the accuracy of the existing control points.On the basis of the external inspection and analysis of the control point and the data to be transferred,the data conversion model is determined,and the data conversion parameters are obtained.Verify the data conversion parameters obtained until the conversion accuracy meets the requirements.According to the obtained data conversion parameters,the data to be converted is converted into the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system results.After the data conversion is completed,the quality of the formed data is checked and verified in the field,and the quality of the conversion results is assessed.
