摘要
第三次全国国土调查已经于2017年全面启动,三调相较于二调和年度土地变更调查,是对“已有内容的细化、变化内容的更新、新增内容的补充”。由于三调需要针对二调数据进行比对,还需要相关的国土、水利、林业等部门的有关数据交叉分析,因此,需要计算机能够辅助人工对三调数据与其他数据进行匹配和自动赋值。本文采用综合位置和尺度的空间相似度判断方法,通过试验区的数据分析对相似度指标阈值进行合理设定,在ArcGIS平台上利用ArcPy二次开发实现计算机辅助人工对三调数据自动赋值和关联,整体工作效率得到较大提高。
The third national land survey project was launched in 2017.As compared with existing land survey projects,this project is a supplement to“refining existing contents,updating changed contents,and adding new contents”.Since this project needs to be compared with the second national land survey data,and requires relevant data for cross-analysis from departments of land,water conservancy,forestry,etc.Therefore,computers assist in the automatic value assignment of this project data in association with other data.In this paper,the spatial similarity judgment method of comprehensive location and scale is adopted.The threshold of similarity index is set reasonably through the data analysis in the test area.The ArcPy secondary development is used to realize the automatic computer-aided value assignment and association of the project data on ArcGIS platform.The overall work efficiency has been greatly improved.
