地理国情监测数据在哈尔滨新区监测中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Geographical Situation Monitoring Data in Harbin New Area

以黑龙江省哈尔滨新区为研究区域,以2018年基础性地理国情监测数据与往年哈尔滨新区空间格局变化监测成果等数据为基础,对哈尔滨新区2018年建成区范围、地表覆盖、建设用地、重要基础设施、生态用地等方面的现状及变化进行监测。本文通过对现状数据的获取处理和与2017年数据的对比和变化分析,掌握新区发展现状,并结合相关专题资料对新区建设进程和效果进行分析评价,从而发现2018年哈尔滨新区空间格局变化,为政府决策提供依据和服务。

Based on the monitoring data of basic geographical conditions in 2018 and the monitoring results of spatial pattern change of Harbin new area in previous years,this paper takes Harbin new area in Heilongjiang Province as the research area to monitor the current situation and change of built-up area,surface coverage,construction land,important infrastructure,ecological land and other aspects of Harbin new area in 2018.Through the acquisition and processing of the current data,the comparison and change analysis with the data in 2017,the paper grasps the development status of the new area,and analyzes and evaluates the construction process and effect of the new area in combination with the relevant thematic data,so as to discover the spatial pattern change of Harbin new area in 2018 and provide the basis and service for the government's decision-making.
