古浪县三类空间划定及生态空间分区用途管制

On the Delimitation of Three Types of Space and the Zoning Land Use Regulation of Ecological Space in Gulang County

采用短板限制性评价方法,以10 m×10 m栅格为基本单元,对古浪县全域空间进行土地适宜性评价,确定其生态保护重要性、农业生产适宜性和城镇建设适宜性等级区域,合理划定生态、农业、城镇空间,为国土空间规划提供科学依据,并以此为基础,明确生态空间范围,促进生态空间分区保护,根据保护需要和开发利用要求,确定用途管制要求。

By taking the grid of 100 m^2 as the basic unit and using short-board restrictive evaluation method,this article conducts the land suitability evaluation of the entire space in Gulang county,defines the graded regions in terms of the importance of ecological protection,agricultural production suitability,and urban construction suitability,and thus scientifically delimitates the ecological space,agricultural space,and urban space,which provides scientific evidence for national land spatial planning.On this basis,it clarifies the scope of ecological space,facilitates the zoning protection of ecological space,and determines the land use regulation according to the requirements of land protection,development,and utilization.
