摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠结合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果。方法选取2017年8月~2019年12月我院收治的86例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组患儿采取雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组患儿采取孟鲁司特钠结合雾化吸入布地奈德,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果及肺功能最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)的变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患儿的FEV1、PEF均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患儿治疗后的FEV1、PEF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过治疗,观察组患儿的总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应总发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的13.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠结合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘具有明显效果,可改善患儿肺功能,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 86 cases of children with asthma treated in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The selected patients were divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)according to random number table method.The children in the control group were treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the children in the observation group were treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation,the changes of clinical treatment effect,peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the FEV1 and PEF of the two groups of children were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FEV1 and PEF in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through treatment,the total effective rate of children in the observation group was 95.35%,higher than the control group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%,lower than the control group(13.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma has a significant effect,can significantly improve the lung function of children,clinical application value is high.
