品管圈活动在2型糖尿病老年患者中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle activity in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨品管圈活动在2型糖尿病(T2DM)老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取正在服用降糖药物的T2DM患者64例,自2018年3月起开始实施品管圈活动。将活动开始前12个月(2017年9月~2018年9月)为活动前,将活动开始后12个月(2019年1~12月)为活动后。活动前患者给予常规护理,包括药物服用方法指导、饮食指导、健康锻炼指导等。活动后患者在常规护理基础上加品管圈活动。品管圈实施过程包括成立品管圈小组、主题选定、现状分析、目标设定、原因分析及制定对策。比较活动前后患者口服药物正确率及圈员品管圈评分(解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、团队凝聚力、自信心、积极性、责任心及品管圈手法应用)情况。结果活动后患者服药正确率为90.63%,高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。活动后圈员解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、团队凝聚力、自信心、积极性、责任心及品管圈手法应用评分均高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效提高T2DM老年患者服用治疗药物正确率,并着力提升护理人员业务水平和职业素养,改善护理服务质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 64 patients with T2DM receiving hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital were selected.Since March 2018,quality control circle activities had been implemented.Twelve months before the start of the activity(September 2017 to September 2018)were listed as before activity and twelve months after the start of the activity(January to December 2019)were listed as after activity.Before the activity,the patients were given routine nursing,including medication guidance,dietary guidance,health exercise guidance and so on.After the activity,the patients were given quality control circle activity on the basis of routine nursing.The implementation process of quality control circle included the establishment of quality control circle team,theme selection,current situation analysis,goal setting,cause analysis and countermeasures formulation.The correctness rate of oral medication and the quality control circle score(problem solving ability,communication and coordination ability,team cohesion,self-confidence,enthusiasm,responsibility and quality control circle manipulation)were compared before and after activities.Results The correct rate of taking medicine after activity was 90.63%,which was higher than that before activity,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of problem-solving ability,communication and coordination ability,team cohesion,self-confidence,initiative,responsibility and quality control circle skills of the group members after the activity were higher than those before the activity,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the correct rate of taking therapeutic drugs for elderly patients with T2DM,and strive to improve the professional level and quality of nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing service,which is worthy of clinical application.
