人文关怀活动干预方式在长期住院老年精神病患者护理中的应用效果

Applicatiom effect of humanistic care intervention on nursing of elderly mental patients in long-term hospitalization

目的探讨人文关怀活动干预在长期住院老年精神病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月~2019年1月广州市惠爱医院住院的31例老年精神病患者为研究对象,采用简单随机抽样法中的抽签法将其分成实验组(n=14)和对照组(n=17)。实验组在常规护理的基础上进行人文关怀活动干预,对照组仅接受常规护理。比较两组住院患者护士观察量表(NOSIE)评分及住院患者满意度评分。结果实验组干预后NOSIE社会能力、社会兴趣、积极因子总分、NOSIE总分及住院满意度高于本组干预前,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),激惹评分低于本组干预前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的个人整洁、精神病表现、迟缓、抑郁及总消极因子评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人文关怀活动干预一定程度上提高患者社会能力及对生活的积极性,提升住院满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care intervention in nursing of long-term hospitalized elderly psychiatric patients.Methods Thirty-one elderly psychiatric patients with long-term hospitalization in Guangzhou Hui′ai Hospital from October 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into experimental group(n=14)and control group(n=17)by drawing lottery using simple random sampling.Patients in the experimental group were intervened with humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing,while patients in the control group received routine nursing alone.The nurses′observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)score and inpatient′s satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results The social ability,social interest,total positive factor scores,total NOSIE score,and hospitalization satisfaction in the experimental group after intervention were higher than those before intervention as well as those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The irritability score was lower than that before the intervention in this group and that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of individual cleanliness,mental illness,retardation,depression,and total negative factors between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention can improve patients′social ability and enthusiasm for life to a certain extent,and increase hospitalization satisfaction.
