钛合金TC4高速铣削参数对铣削力的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 钛合金高速铣削因其高效率、高质量、小变形等优点,广泛应用于航空、航天、船舶、军工制造等行业。针对难加工材料TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)的高速铣削加工技术,开展了铣削深度、铣削宽度、每齿进给量、主轴转速的四因素三水平正交试验,分析各铣削参数对铣削力的影响。实验过程中将铣削力分解为切向铣削力、径向铣削力和轴向铣削力,采用多元线性回归分析法,建立了各向铣削力模型,并进行了显著性检验。为验证模型的准确性,设计了新的加工实验进行验证。实验结果表明:该模型准确度高,能够预测铣削过程中的各向铣削力。 High speed milling of titanium alloy is widely used in aviation,aerospace,ship buliding and military manufacturing industries for its high efficiency,good quality and little machining deformation.Aiming at high speed milling technology of difficult-to-cut material TC4(Ti-6 Al-4 V),with the orthogonal experiments considered of four factors and three levels,the influence of milling depth,milling width,feed per tooth and spindle speed were analyzed.The cutting force obtained during milling process were divided into tangential cutting force,radial cutting force and axial cutting force,multiple linear regression was used to establish the three directional cutting force model.To evaluate the performance of the cutting force models,a new cutting experiment was designed.The results show that the cutting force models are accurate and can be used to predict three directional cutting force.
