摘要
为解决液压振动试验系统需要建设减振地基所带来的建设周期长、占地面积大、成本高等问题,提出并研制了带有减振功能底座的双向液压振动试验系统。介绍该液压振动试验系统的结构组成和工作原理,并详细阐述减振底座、伺服作动器及翻转装置等核心部件结构组成;依据技术指标要求和JJG 638-2015液压式振动试验系统国家计量检定规程,对液压振动试验系统进行0.5~200 Hz/4g正弦扫频测试,对系统的台面加速度波形失真度、台面加速度均匀度和台面横向振动比等核心性能指标进行了测试。测试结果表明:液压振动试验系统的台面加速度波形失真度、台面加速度均匀度和台面横向振动比等核心性能指标均满足JJG 638-2015液压式振动试验系统国家计量检定规程要求。
In order to solve the problems of long construction time,large floor area and high cost caused by hydraulic vibration test system,the double-direction hydraulic vibration test system with damping base was proposed and developed.The structure and working principle of the double-direction hydraulic vibration test system were introduced,and the structure of the core components such as the damping base,the servo actuator device was expounded in detail;according to the technical index requirements and national metrological vibration regulation JJG 638-2015,0.5~200 Hz/4g sine sweep test was carried out for the hydraulic vibration test system.The core performance indexes of the system,such as the distortion of acceleration,the uniformity of acceleration and the lateral vibration ratio of the table,were tested.The test results show that the core performance indexes of the system meet the requirements of JJG 638-2015.
