基于全液控油气弹簧动态车姿调节关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 以某4×4轮式车为例对基于全液控油气弹簧动态车姿调节关键技术进行研究,指出车辆行驶过程中油气弹簧内的动态油压是动态车姿调节的关键。通过数学建模和仿真分析得出油气弹簧规格、路面等级和车速等参数都对动态油压有影响,且当激励频率为车身固有频率时油气弹簧内的动态油压最大。通过实车试验验证了动态油压模型及计算方法的正确性,指出在进行车姿调节系统设计时需要根据实际情况对动态油压进行校核计算并决定是否安装液压增压装置,从而保证动态车姿调节可靠。 A 4×4 wheeled vehicle was taken as an example to study the key technology of dynamic vehicle height adjustment based on full-hydraulic-control hydro-pneumatic spring.It was pointed out that the dynamic pressure of the hydro-pneumatic was the key to the dynamic vehicle height adjustment.Through mathematical modeling and simulation analysis,it was concluded that spring specification,road grade and vehicle speed had impacts on dynamic pressure.The dynamic pressure in the spring was maximum when the excitation frequency was the eigenfrequency of the vehicle body.The model and calculation of the dynamic pressure was verified on real test.It is necessary to calculate the dynamic pressure according to the actual situation and decide whether to install the pressure booster so as to ensure the reliability of dynamic vehicle height adjustment before designing the hydraulic principle of the vehicle attitude adjustment system.
