基于啮合错位的驱动桥准双曲面齿轮加载性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了掌握汽车驱动桥准双曲面齿轮在实际工况下的齿面啮合性能,基于Masta软件对驱动桥准双曲面齿轮进行了加载啮合性能分析。通过建立驱动桥有限元模型,利用Masta软件的系统变形分析功能计算出实际工况下齿轮啮合错位量。通过对啮合错位下准双曲面齿轮进行加载接触分析,获得齿面加载接触区、加载传动误差及齿面接触应力随载荷的变化趋势。最后在传动试验台上进行了驱动桥台架加载试验,实际加载接触区与软件仿真接触区一致,验证了仿真结果的正确性。这为准双曲面齿轮的齿面设计及优化提供了参考。 In order to master the meshing performance of hypoid gear in drive axle under actual work condition,the load meshing performance of hypoid gear in drive axle was analyzed based on Masta software.The drive axle finite element model was established,and the meshing misalignments under actual work condition were calculated by use of the system deflection function of Masta software.The load tooth contact analysis was executed for hypoid gear with meshing misalignments,and the change trends of load contact area,load transmission error and tooth contact stress under load were obtained.Finally,the drive axle load experiment was conducted on the transmission test-bed,and the actual load contact areas were same to the simulation contact areas,so the validity of simulation results was verified.This will provide reference for tooth surface design and optimization of hypoid gear.
