基于MATLAB-AMESim的挖掘机铲斗电液比例系统模糊PID控制仿真分析 被引量:16

摘要 以某一型号液压挖掘机的铲斗电液比例系统为研究对象,针对电液比例系统存在的非线性、时变性等问题,利用AMESim建立该系统的基本物理模型;利用MATLAB中的模糊工具箱设计适用于该系统的模糊PID控制器;结合MATLAB、AMESim软件各自的长处,完成联合仿真,比较PID与模糊PID两种算法的控制性能。仿真结果表明:与PID控制相比,铲斗电液比例系统在模糊PID控制下具有更好的轨迹跟踪性能。 The electro-hydraulic proportional system of bucket of a certain type of hydraulic excavator was taken as the research object.Aiming at the nonlinear and time-varying problems of electro-hydraulic proportional system,the basic physical model of the system was established by using AMESim,the fuzzy PID controller suitable for the system was designed by using the fuzzy toolbox in MATLAB,and the joint simulation was completed according to the respective advantages of MATLAB and AMESim,and the control performance of PID and fuzzy PID algorithms was compared.The simulation results show that compared with PID,the bucket electro-hydraulic proportional system has better trajectory tracking performance under fuzzy PID control.
