城市蒙古族饮食结构变迁现状及原因--以通辽市为例

A Brief Analysis of the Current Situation and Causes of the Changes in Urban Mongolian Dietary Structure--Take Tongliao City as an Example

蒙古族文化在蒙古族与其他民族的长期交往过程中产生了诸多变迁。从蒙古族饮食文化角度阐述蒙古族饮食结构的变迁现状,并且从生产方式的转变、城市化背景下的主流文化影响、信息传播三个方面分析饮食结构变迁的原因。饮食结构变迁既可以反映蒙古族传统饮食结构和习惯的改变,也可以反映民族文化在与其他民族文化接触过程中的进步与变迁的合理性。传承民族传统文化的同时,也要客观地看待文化变迁的优点和不足。

Mongolian culture has produced a lot of changes during the long-term interaction between mongolian and other ethnic groups. From the perspective of the Mongolian diet culture,this paper expounds the current situation of the changes in the diet structure of the Mongolian,and analyzes the reasons for the changes in the diet structure from three aspects: the transformation of the production mode,the influence of the mainstream culture under the urban background and the information dissemination. Behind this change,in addition to the changes of Mongolian traditional diet structure and habits,it is more important to see the rationality of the progress and changes of national culture in the process of contacting with other national cultures. It is important to inherit the national traditional culture,but the advantages and disadvantages of cultural changes are more worthy of objective and in-depth thinking.
