On Five Scales of Property and Five Ways to Deal with

财产是人们实现自由和解放的基础,财产效用的发挥受制于一定的尺度即自然尺度、外物尺度、货币尺度、资源尺度、效率尺度。五个尺度的蜕化过程实际是财产演变的过程,一方面是旧尺度的突破,另一方面是新尺度的确立。人们的行动既要适应尺度,又要做好突破尺度的准备。为此提出了应对五大尺度的五重措施,即良好的心态、准确的定位、变革的意识、均衡的观念、恰当的产权。

Property is the basis of people’s freedom and liberation. However,the utility of property is restricted by certain scales,including natural scale,external scale,monetary scale,resource scale and efficiency scale. The process of degeneration of five scales is actually the process of property evolution. On the one hand,it is a breakthrough in the old scale,on the other hand,it is the establishment of a new scale. We need to be both on the scale,and ready to break the scale. For this reason,five countermeasures are put forward,we should have a good mentality,an accurate location,an awareness of change,a balance concept and appropriate property rights to face with ease.
