苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者认知功能影响因素研究

摘要 目的探讨苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者的认知功能特点。方法选取122例苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者(观察组)及61名健康人(对照组),比较两组重复性成套神经心理状态测验量表(RBANS)评分,分析其影响因素,对各影响因素进行Pearson相关性分析。结果观察组RBANS量表测验分及即刻记忆、言语功能、注意、延时记忆得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),视觉广度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RBANS量表评分的影响因素分析中测验分及即刻记忆、言语功能、注意、延时记忆评分均无明显差异;仅视觉广度评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,戒断次数、累计时间与视觉广度的相关性呈负相关并有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复吸、长期使用是苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者认知功能损害的影响因素。 Objective Explore the cognitive function of amphetamine type stimulants abusers.Methods A total of 122 amphetamine doping abusers(observation group)and 61 healthy people(control group)were selected to compare the scores of the repetitive neuropsychological state scale(RBANS)between the two groups,analyze the influencing factors,and Pearson correlation analysis of the influencing factors.Results The scores of RBANS scale and immediate memory,speech function,attention and delayed memory in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in visual span(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in test scores,immediate memory,verbal function,attention,and delayed memory scores in the analysis of influencing factors of RBANS scale scores;only the visual breadth scores were statistically different(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed,Correlation between the number of withdrawals,cumulative time and visual breadth was negatively correlated and had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Relapse and long-term use of amphetamine type stimulants abusers were the influencing factors of cognitive impairment.
