依达拉奉联合小续命汤治疗脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Effect of Edaravone Combined with Xiaoxuming Decoction in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的观察依达拉奉联合小续命汤治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法将110例脑梗死患者按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注与常规治疗(抗血小板聚集、营养支持、改善脑循环等),观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用小续命汤水煎剂,每次口服200 mL,分早晚2次温服,两组均治疗15 d,观察患者治疗前后的日常生活能力(ability of daily living,ADL)评分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后ADL、NIHSS评分均明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者ADL、NIHSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合小续命汤治疗脑梗死疗效显著,能有效改善患者脑缺血的症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Xiaoxuming Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,with 55 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given intravenous drip of edaravone injection and conventional treatment(anti-platelet aggregation,nutritional support,and improvement of cerebral circulation),and those in the observation group were given oral administration of Xiaoxuming Decoction 200 mL in the morning and evening in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treatment was 15 days for both groups.Activities of daily living(ADL)score,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,clinical outcome,and adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in ADL and NIHSS scores(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in ADL and NIHSS scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Xiaoxuming Decoction has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction and can effectively improve the symptoms of cerebral ischemia in patients.
