促进长三角区域港航协同发展的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Port and Shipping in the Yangtze River Delta

长三角区域基本形成了以上海港和宁波舟山港为主体,江苏、浙江、安徽沿江沿海其他港口为两翼的“一体两翼”港口群。中共中央、国务院印发的《长江三角洲区域一体化发展规划纲要》对协同推进港口航道建设提出了新要求,如何才能将其落到实处?本文通过总结长三角区域港航协同发展的基本情况,分析存在的主要问题,提出了促进长三角区域港航协同发展的相关对策建议。

The Yangtze River Delta region has basically formed an“integrated and two wings”port group with Shanghai Port and Ningbo Zhoushan Port as the main body,other ports which are coastal river such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui as the two wings.The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued an outline of the integrated regional development of the Yangtze River Delta.The policy has put forward new requirements for the coordinated advancement of port waterway construction,such as,“how can it be implemented?”Through participating in special surveys,summarizing the basic situation of the coordinated development of ports and shipping in the Yangtze River Delta region,analyzing the main problems and proposing relevant measures and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of ports and shipping in the Yangtze River Delta region.
