摘要
文章在基于传统X型节点的基础上提出新型的X节点型式,在该节点型式中主要采用了焊板式连接,而各支管的连接则采用法兰连接的方式。为验证该节点型式的可行性,文章针对此种型式设计了3个节点模型,并对其进行了承载能力极限状态的分析。同时文章以变电站构架结构为参考,结合安徽送变电站220 kV构架交叉端撑的设计,讨论了该节点型式在实际荷载工况下的力学性能。研究结果表明,该新型节点型式的极限承载力性能优于传统的X型节点,可较好地解决变电站等钢管塔架中的复杂节点的连接问题。
In this paper,a new type of X joints is proposed based on the traditional X joints,in which welding plate type connection is mainly used,and flange connection is used for each branch pipe connection.To verify the feasibility of this type of joints,three joint models are designed for this type and the ultimate state of bearing capacity is analyzed.Based on the frame structure of the transformer substation and the design of the 220 kV frame cross end support of the transformer substation in Anhui Province,the mechanical performance of the joint model under actual load conditions is discussed.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the new type of joints is superior to that of the traditional X joints and it can solve the connection problem of complex joints in steel pipe tower of substation and so on.
