摘要 研究如何设计出更加符合用户行为习惯和操作需求的微信导览,以用户体验为中心给参观者带来便利。通过四川博物院微信导览的设计实践,从用户研究、流程与规范、信息构架和界面设计等方面进行论述。探索出未来博物馆微信导览设计的新方向,即结合艺术与科技,在大数据、云计算、AR、VR、智能定位等技术手段的加持下,融入有温度的地域文化元素,进一步简化交互流程。博物馆微信导览将为用户带来真实友好的沉浸式体验,开创出博物馆展陈的新空间。 Study how to design a WeChat guide that is more in line with users’ behavior habits and operational needs,and take user experience as the center to bring convenience to visitors.Through Sichuan museum WeChat navigation design practice,from the user research,process and specification,information architecture and interface design,etc.This paper explore out the new direction of the future museum WeChat navigation design,namely the combination of art and science and technology,in the big data,cloud computing,AR,VR,intelligent positioning technology under the blessing of integrated into the regional culture element temperature,further simplify the interactive process.The museum WeChat guide will bring users a true and friendly immersive experience and create a new space for museum exhibitions.
