摘要
本研究从设计评估的视角出发,探索包容性设计实践,以移动支付应用为例,构建包容性设计评估框架与方法,帮助设计师洞察“设计排斥”。通过文献研究,从人机交互过程的功能与情感层面,总结影响移动支付应用包容性的要素;依据互联网行业产品开发特点,构建起兼具可靠性与效率的评估框架与方法;最后通过关键用户访谈、专家评估等实证研究对框架进行验证与迭代。本研究得出的评估框架、方法为设计师践行包容性设计提供方法指导,以包容更为广泛的人群融入移动互联生活。
From the perspective of design evaluation,this study explores the practice of inclusive design.Taking mobile payment applications as an example,this study constructs an inclusive design evaluation framework and methods to help designers gain insights into"design exclusion".Through literature review,the authors summarised the factors that affect the inclusiveness of mobile application products from the functional and emotional aspects of the human-computer interaction process,and combined the characteristics of Internet product development to create an evaluation framework and methods with reliability and efficiency.The framework was iterated and verified through empirical studies including key user interviews and expert evaluation.The inclusive design evaluation framework of mobile payment applications derived from this study provides designers with guidance on the practice of inclusive design,so as to include a wider range of people in the mobile Internet life.
