基于工况分析的混凝土搅拌运输车经济性研究及试验测试

摘要 混凝土搅拌车行驶作业分满载送料与空车回程工况,各占总行驶里程的50%。针对传统的传动系速比匹配主要考虑满载送料工况下的动力性与经济性最佳,从而导致空车回程工况发动机的负载率极低、耗油等问题,研究了一种基于搅拌车行驶作业工况循环的速比匹配方法,即在保证动力性的条件下满载送料与空车回程双速比,兼顾了空车回程的经济性。理论研究、仿真分析及试验测试结果表明,空车回程工况燃油经济性提高8%以上。 Concrete mixer truck driving operation is divided into full-load feeding and empty truck return conditions,each accounting for 50% of the total mileage.In view of the traditional transmission ratio matching performance and fuel economy of main consideration full of feeding condition best,leading to empty return working condition of the engine load rate is extremely low,the problem such as fuel,driving a truck mixer based operating mode is studied in circulation ratio matching method,namely the guarantee performance under the condition of full load feed with empty return double speed ratio,both the economy of empty return.Theoretical research,simulation analysis and test results show that the fuel economy of empty return cycle can be improved by more than 8%.
