高职院校实训室管理问题与对策研究

Research on Management Problems and Countermeasures of Training Room in Higher Vocational Colleges

实训室是高职院校实践教学的主要场所之一,实训室管理水平直接影响着学校教学质量、人才培养质量以及其他功能的发挥。本文从高职院校实训室特点和师生实际需求出发,分析了高职院校在实训室管理中存在的若干问题,研究了提升实训室管理水平的途径方法。

The training room is one of the main places for practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. The management level of the training room directly affects the quality of school teaching, talent training and other functions. Based on the characteristics of the training room in higher vocational colleges and the actual needs of teachers and students, this article analyzes some problems in the management of the training room in higher vocational colleges, and studies the ways and methods to improve the management level of the training room.
