研究基于高职汽车机械基础平台课程的学生创新能力的培养

A Research on the Cultivation of Students’ Innovation Ability Based on the Course of Basic Automotive Machinery Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文首先介绍了高职院校中高技能人才创新能力培养存在的问题,其主要内容包括:传统教学方法的落后性;高职院校教师缺乏创新教学意识;没有足够的激励机制以及教学鼓励机制激励创新意识的有效结合。文章紧接着阐述了基于高职汽车机械基础平台课程的技能人才创新能力培养实践,其主要内容包括为:文章最后讨论了,其主要内容为:结合高职汽车机械基础平台课程,设置更有实践性以及的应用的教学内容;创建开放式的实训环境,提高实训的自由化;充分发挥教师的引导作用,保证创新能力的有效应用实践。

This paper first introduces the problems in the cultivation of innovation ability of high skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,which mainly include:the backwardness of traditional teaching methods;the lack of innovative teaching consciousness in teachers;the want of enough incentive mechanism and teaching incentive mechanism to stimulate the effective combination of innovation consciousness.The article then elaborates on the training practice of the innovation ability of skilled personnel based on the course of the basic automotive machineryplatform in higher vocational colleges,the main contents of which are as follows:combining with the course of the basic platform of automotive machinery in higher vocational colleges,the teaching content with more practicality and application should be set up;an open training environment and freepractical training should be promoted;the guiding role of teachers to ensure the effective application and practice of innovative ability should be fully strengthened.
