摘要
传统的三电平有源中点钳位(ANPC)逆变器,利用冗余的两种零电平电流路径,可实现开关损耗的均布。由于各开关管都存在高频动作,若系统朝着更高频化的方向发展,则所有开关管都需要选用开关速度快的管子,来降低开关损耗,但系统的成本也将提升。本文选取特定的零电平路径,可将高频动作集中到ANPC每相拓扑中的其中两个管子,其余开关管都为工频动作,如此,只需将高频动作的管子选取为开关速度更快的器件即可,有效降低了系统的成本。
The traditional three-level active neutral point clamp,ANPC,inverter uses redundant two zero-level current paths to achieve uniform distribution of switching losses.Due to the high-frequency action of each switching tube,if the system develops towards a higher frequency,all switching tubes need to use fast switching tubes to reduce switching losses.And the cost of the system will also increase.In this paper,a specific zero-level path is selected,and high-frequency action can be concentrated into two of the tubes in each phase topology of the ANPC.The remaining switching tubes are all power frequency actions.Therefore,only the high-frequency action tube needs to be selected as the switching speed,which effectively reducing the cost of the system.
