一种智能玻璃窗防风装置的研究

摘要 台风、龙卷风等恶劣天气中,高层建筑玻璃幕墙和居民玻璃窗极易因风压、振动、异物碰撞等原因受到破坏;破坏的同时,容易造成高空坠物、室内家装破损等二次破坏。针对玻璃窗的安全需求,从密封、柔性保护、智能家居等角度,解决玻璃窗的防风问题,设计一种防风保护装置。包括:安装架总成、气囊总成、风速测试仪、气泵、单片机、声光报警器、WIFI远程控制模块、红外遥控模块等。风暴天气中,该装置可主动或被动完成防护动作,隔离风暴与玻璃窗的直接接触,保护玻璃窗。该装置具有防护可靠、结构简单、性价比高等优点,同时可直接嵌入到智能家居系统中,构成智能家居的重要一环,具有广阔的运用前景。 In severe weather such as typhoons and tornadoes,high-rise building glass curtain walls and residential glass windows are easily damaged by wind pressure,vibration,and collision of foreign objects;at the same time,it is easy to cause secondary damage such as high-altitude falling objects and indoor home damage.In view of the safety requirements of glass windows,from the perspective of sealing,flexible protection,smart home,etc.,to solve the problem of wind resistance of glass windows,a wind protection device is designed,which includes:mounting frame assembly,airbag assembly,wind speed tester,air pump,single chip computer,sound and light alarm,WIFI remote control module,infrared remote control module,etc.In stormy weather,the device can actively or passively complete the protective action,isolate the direct contact between the storm and the glass window,and protect the glass window.The device has the advantages of reliable protection,simple structure,high cost performance,etc.At the same time,it can be directly embedded into the smart home system,forming an important part of the smart home,and has broad application prospects.
