摘要
针对S Zorb工业吸附剂在再生过程中易形成硫酸锌导致吸附剂结块、失活的问题,于脱硫装置中采集不同硫含量的脱硫吸附剂,利用元素分析仪测试吸附剂元素含量、SEM表征吸附剂的形貌、IR表征吸附剂结构、高温原位XRD和TG-MS研究吸附剂热解过程中结构和组成的变化规律、XPS表征吸附剂中硫元素的形态。结果表明,吸附剂中硫酸锌的形成受再生气氛中氧气含量和吸附剂硫含量的双重影响,再生气氛中氧气含量和吸附剂中硫元素含量越高,越易形成硫酸锌类化合物。所以,对硫含量高的吸附剂采用氧含量较低的再生气氛是抑制硫酸锌形成的关键之一。
In order to solve the problem that zinc sulfatewas easy to form in S Zorb sorbent during the regeneration process,which led to the agglomeration and deactivation of the S Zorb sorbent,the S Zorb sorbents with different sulfur content were collected from the industrial units,and the formation rule of zinc sulfate during the pyrolysis process of the S Zorb sorbent was studied by using high temperature in situ XRD and TG-MS. Element content was determined by element analyzer,sorbent morphology was obtained by SEM,sorbrnt structure was studied by IR,and sulfur state in sorbent was characterized by XPS. The results showed that the formation of zinc sulfate in the S Zorb sorbent was affected by the concentration of oxygen in the regeneration atmosphere and the content of sulfur of S Zorb sorbent. The higher the concentration of oxygen in the regeneration atmosphere and the content of sulfur in the adsorbent,the easier the zinc sulfate were formed. Therefore,it was one of the key factors to inhibit the formation of zinc sulfate by using regeneration atmosphere with low oxygen concentration for S Zorb sorbents with high sulfur content.
