新媒体环境下涉恐信息媒介风险识别与防控对策研究

Risk Assessment and Countermeasures of Terrorism-related Information Media in the New Media Environment

在探讨新媒体涉恐信息媒介风险问题的基础上,构建了包含扩散空间、传播时间、社群交互、舆论导向和外媒干扰五个维度的新媒体涉恐信息媒介风险评估指标体系,采用层次分析法和主次因素分析法对媒介风险指标进行权重计算及风险评估。依据媒介风险分析结果得出高风险因素,并结合潜在风险因素从媒体视角、舆论引导、防控技术和国际舆论环境四个方面提出涉恐信息媒介风险防控策略,为新媒体环境下涉恐信息风险治理提供理论依据和现实指导。

Based on the discussion of the risks of the new media’s information on terrorism, a risk assessment index system was constructed with five dimensions including diffusion space, communication time, community interaction, public opinion guidance and foreign media interference. To calculate their weight and assess the risks, the analytic hierarchy process and the primary and secondary factor analysis methods were used in this assessment index system. According to the results of media risk analysis, high risk factors are obtained, and combined with potential risk factors, the prevention and control strategies of terrorism-related information media risks are proposed in terms of media perspective, public opinion guidance, prevention and control technology and international public opinion environment.
