摘要 基于能力生成的案例教学与知识体系重构主要是指以警务指挥与战术人才的执法应急能力培养为目标,以案例教学为基本手段,对解决案例中实际问题所需要的基本知识进行重新配置与创造创新的过程。该过程实现了对专业束缚、传统教学模式以及死板课程氛围的"三个打破",重构了学员对知识的学习途径。这一途径通过循序渐进法、以点带面法、专题突破法以及综合设计法得以实现,但需要相应案例、教师团队以及环境条件的有力保障才能完成。该方法是警察院校创新与实践能力培养的重要途径,有利于高效推进人才知识、实践与创新"三位一体"综合能力的生成。 Capability building-based case teaching and knowledge system reconstruction, targeting on cultivating the emergency response capability of policing command and tactic law enforcement personnel with the use of case teaching, is a process to reconstruct, create and innovate knowledge needed in dealing with practical issues effectively. This process can break the shackles of disciplines, traditional teaching model and rigid course atmosphere, and reconstruct students’ approaches to knowledge acquisition. These approaches can be developed through step-by-step method, piloting program, special topic research and comprehensive design combined with the guarantee of relative cases, a teaching team and teaching logistics. These developing methods are the important ways for cultivating innovating and creative capabilities, and also conducive to build personnel’s comprehensive capabilities of knowledge, practice and innovation.
