偏心受压桁架式钢骨混凝土柱正截面受力性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 为弥补钢桁架内置混凝土结构在建筑方面应用的空白,设计制作4根大偏心受压桁架式钢骨混凝土柱,通过静载试验考察破坏过程及形态,研究试件的裂缝分布、变形、开裂、屈服和极限载荷等,并利用有限元计算模型分析试验结果,通过引入强度增大系数,推导出试件柱受压承载力公式.结果表明:4根柱均发生大偏心受压破坏,随着偏心距的增加,偏心受压柱受拉区先出现横向水平裂缝,随后受拉角钢和受压角钢相继发生屈服,最终受压区混凝土破碎;构件的破坏过程与有限元模拟结果较为吻合;试件柱受压承载力计算结果与试验实测值相近. In order to make up for the gap in the application of the steel truss built-in concrete structure in construction,this paper designs and manufactures 4 large eccentric compression truss steel reinforced concrete columns for static load tests,and investigates the crack distribution,deformation,cracking,yield and ultimate load of specimens.By establishing a finite element calculation model for comparative analysis and introducing enlargement factor,the formula suitable for the bearing capacity of column in this paper is derived.The research results show that all four columns suffered large eccentric compression failure.With the increase of eccentricity,horizontal cracks appear in the tension zone of the eccentric compression column first,and the tensile angle steel and the compression angle steel are successively yielded,then the specimen component is damaged.The failure process of the component is in good agreement with the simulation results of the finite element.The calculation results of the compressive bearing capacity of the specimen column are close to the actual measured values.
