摘要
铁元素主要集中在叶绿体中,直接或间接参与叶绿体蛋白质的形成,土壤中的铁是其主要来源之一。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)常用于测定土壤中常量及微量元素,具有检测效率高、灵敏度高、精密度好、干扰少、操作方便等优点。为正确评估土壤中的铁元素含量、预防植物缺铁症状的出现,本文以ICP-AES法测定土壤中总铁为例,对ICP-AES法测定土壤中总铁检测方法的不确定度进行评定,确保检测结果的准确度与质量控制依据;同时不确定度的评估也是国际检测实验室之间互认和通用准则接轨的基础,在测试条件和设备情况未作变化时,结果可直接应用到实际方法评价工作中。
The iron element is mainly concentrated in the chloroplast and directly or indirectly participates in the formation of chloroplast protein and the iron content in the soil is one of its main sources. ICP-AES is often used to determine the macroelements and microelements in the soil. It has the advantages of high detection efficiency, high sensitivity, good precision, less interference, and easy operation. This article took the ICP-AES method for the determination of total iron in soil as an example to evaluate the uncertainty of the ICP-AES method for the determination of total iron in soil. When the test conditions and equipment conditions have not changed, the results can be directly applied to the actual method evaluation work.
