摘要
针对飞机起落架摆振特性对设计参数灵敏度的问题,使用典型前起落架摆振分析模型,确定飞机在全速度范围内滑跑时系统防摆所需最大临界阻尼值,通过引入Taguchi方法,找出影响系统防摆所需最大临界阻尼值的可控因素,并采用基于正交试验的灵敏度分析方法,定量分析各可控因素对其防摆所需最大临界阻尼值的敏感程度。最后,以某飞机起落架为例,进行摆振特性对设计参数灵敏度分析,找出设计参数最优水平组合,并予以验证。研究表明:该方法对研究飞机起落架摆振特性灵敏度分析是可靠、有效的,为飞机起落架防摆设计研究提供了一个新的方向。
Parametric sensitivity of aircraft landing gear shimmy stabilization is studied by using a shimmy analytical model.The maximum critical anti-shimmy damping coefficient is determined in all speed range during taxiing.The Taguchi method is used to find the controllable factors of the maximum critical damping.The orthogonal experiments are carried out to analyze the sensitivity of these factors to the maximum critical damping.At last,an aircraft landing gear is adopted to verify the present method.The results show that the proposed sensitivity analysis is reliable and effective.
