摘要
Al-Mg-Si系铝合金具有高强度、耐腐蚀、成型性好等综合性能,广泛应用于汽车轻量化车身。在总结新型高性能汽车车身用6009、6010、6016、6111、6022合金成分特点基础上,采用Thermo-Calc软件进行Al-Mg-Si系合金相图计算;从热力学的角度探讨了合金成分、平衡相与强度的关系。以6010铝合金成分为基础,讨论了Mg/Si比值、Mg、Si、Cu元素对平衡相的影响规律,为新型高性能汽车车身用Al-Mg-Si铝合金成分设计提供热力学依据。
Al-Mg-Si series alloys have been widely used in automobile body due to their high strength,corrosion resistance and good formation.The development of automobile body Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy has attracted increasing attention.In this paper,the composition characteristics of 6009,6010,6016,6111 and 6022 aluminum alloys was systematically analyzed.CALPHAD(calculation of phase diagram)was carried by Thermo-Calc software for mole fraction of equilibrium phase.The interrelation of composition,equilibrium phase and strength is investigated from perspective of thermodynamic calculations.Also the influence of the Mg/Si,Mg,Si and Cu elements on the equilibrium phases was discussed on the basis of the composition of 6010 aluminum alloy,providing the thermodynamic basis for design of automobile body Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy.
