基于组合垫片和扭矩的螺栓连接有限元分析

摘要 为了分析加压加热器螺栓连接引起的泄漏问题,针对不同类型的垫片厚度进行组合,在不同扭矩下进行螺栓连接的有限元分析。首先建立了管板的三维有限元模型,管板装配体主要包括法兰、螺栓,内外垫片和容器压盖。通过改变组合垫片的材料和螺栓扭矩载荷来研究分析,分析结果发现在组合垫片和压力负载下,相同的垫片厚度,外垫片的应力值比内垫片更高,较厚的垫片可在榫舌区域提供较大的间隙,承受更大的扭矩,从而提高密封性能,分析结果还可以预测螺栓连接的性能,并揭示泄漏问题。 In order to analyze the leakage problem caused by the bolt connection of the pressurized heater,the finite element analysis of the bolt connection at different torques is performed for different types of gasket thicknesses.Firstly,a three-dimensional finite element model of the tube sheet is established.The tube sheet assembly mainly includes flanges,bolts,inner and outer gaskets and container glands.By changing the material of the combination gasket,the thickness of the gasket and the bolt torque load,the analysis results show that under the combined gasket and pressure load,the same gasket thickness,the stress value of the outer gasket is higher than that of the inner gasket.The thick gasket provides a large gap in the tongue area and withstands greater torque,which improves sealing performance.The results of the analysis predict bolting performance and reveal leaks.
